DeBeers umbilical twin Anglo American just did the same thing on RTP's bid for North (in Ausie also). RTP's cost for that one had to be raised close to a billion Australian Dollars to succeed(from A$2.8 Bill to A$3.6 Bill). You are beginning to think like a South African, but you've heard the saying "It ain't over til the fat lady sings.
