Dear telecomguy:

>where does it say that NT is going to bill the service?

Go to this page and click on, "F.A.Q.," on the right side of the top, red band:

csg.sprint.com

A small window will come up. Now click on, "Subscription," in the Overview section.

Click on, "How much does Sprint Internet Call Waiting cost?" The last paragraph of this section says the $4.95/month (after the free, trial period) is, "... billed monthly by Nortel Networks."

Sorry I can not cut and paste to show you exactly what it says, but I think my instructions are good enough so you can find the area without too much trouble.

Also, here is information on Internet Call Waiting (ICW) from NT's site:

nortelnetworks.com

Notice the line on the left that reads, "Related information: Subscribe now?" Well, that was not there a few days ago [the reason I signed up though Sprint's site].

This is the page that comes up:

extremevoice.com

Regards,

Lynn

BTW, my bookmark for the Sprint page noted above reads, "Sprint Internet Call Waiting - Solutions by Nortel."
