Mobile Intel® Pentium® III processor at 750 MHz (2), 700 MHz or 500 MHz or a Mobile Intel Celeron (TM) processor at 550 MHz or 500 MHz , 64MB RAM (upgradable to 512MB,) A word of advice: please upgrade memory to at least 96 MB when using W2K for OS. I've had experience with 64 Meg, and it can be a dog, regardless of CPU. Good ol' Microsoft! Tony
