_OT_ Haim, I believe it is a common practice that those speeches are fairly widely distributed quite some time before they are given. The Democrats had responses to Cheney's speech before it was given because they had the text, as did reporters. Just curious, whatever did W. say that caused insiders to gain an advantage? (I didn't hear him, or I could be rich today!!!)
