Did you read ALL of the news release:

"Production is expected to rise in the second half, with a significant increase at the Goldstrike Property, reflecting the additional processing capacity provided by the Property's new roaster facility, which was completed in April. For the year, Barrick is on track to produce a RECORD 3.7 million ounces."
