WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?

I don't know much about GIFS, however, I do know that a friend of mine lost about 40k and he isn't talking about it. Jesus, I could not believe it. A "factual" run-down on the downfall of this stock would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
