Carl, I often do similar calculations for SIII, their ownership in UMC is worth about $12 per share and one gets the cash and the Rio operations for free (they just got out of the graphics), yet, SIII refuses to turn and is now in danger of breaching $8. So, I am still standing aside in spite of the value play, there, and am not adding to PROG either, maybe under $3 (g).
