Hi Dude, It is the culture of the company created these kind of management. I wonder what the board is doing lately. Oh.. I vaguely remember one of the former chairman of the board involved some dirty security problems several years ago. I think he left about 2 years ago. Am I right on this? The name "Black" kept on popping out from my memory file folders. Can any one verify this? I just wonder if this was part of the tradition or culture of our company. Yeek... it sucks.
