I don't usually bottomfish, but PHTN seems to be caught up in something unrelated to itself. The semi's are in a tailspin. But even if the negative perception on that group is correct--and that's far from clear--what does that have to do with PHTN? The FPD buildup would appear to be still in its beginning stages.
