That's interesting.
I didn't know my IRA would have all of those options open to it.
I guess it still depends on the brokerage.

I see it's not strictly limited to just covered calls now.

I never understood why they would not let calls be purchased in an IRA.
I understand that the yearly limit added to an account can't be breached, but if the calls are never used to aquire common shares, what harm is done?
Especially if you have enough assets to cover the purchase of the said common.

...just one of the many things that puzzle me.
