I see your point Victor. Either way the Norwest shares should not be in those figures, just a question of who screwed up, Norwest by placing them "in the wrong box", or whoever is reporting them as institutional shares held. My question about "new" shares was the approved but not issued shares from the shareholders meeting. Was thinking that even though they weren't issued, Norwest is "holding" those shares. At first I thought that wouldn't make sense, but before the SPO the shares really weren't issued, but were already there in Norwest's account. I guess I have to bone up on my accounting for corporate issuings.
