Now, Wayne, I didn't say it doesn't happen; I said that it's not rampant. That was the term that you used.

OK, you found a case. One case. And I'm sure there are more, both in the SEC Enforcement archives and that happen on Wall Street, just like I'm sure that there are fraudulent schemes, murders, and other crimes that go unsolved or unpunished.

But rampant? Not even close. LOL - grow up, Wayne.
