Zeev, I guess investors have concluded that the "peak in the growth rate" for this sector coincides with the peak in the Book to Bill ratio since it certainly seems that the sell-off in this sector began about 3 months ago. What would happen to stock prices in this sector if the b2b numbers for coming months resumed their uptrend and challenged (and exceeded) the old highs? Fund managers (not to speak of momentum investors) that started selling 3 months ago would find themselves in an interesting situation.
