Russ is probably an idiot for doing this deal in the first place. He should have waited for INSP's share price to go up so he would get us GNET shareholders a SMALLER # of INSP shares....What a schmuck he is. He probably didn't think of the penalty or wasn't smart enough to get us a collar on the stock, we should kick him out as CEO for ALL the dumb moves he has made since he started GNET. I am sure people that post on this thread have a MUCH better handle on the value of GNET/INSP then Russ......I only wish that Russ had the foresight to have some of the second guessers on this thread as advisors on the INSP merger, we would all be SOOOO much better off.
