The prophet, the answer is "when flash is twice as good at half the price", or 15 Gb for about $100. As for forecasts 10 year hence ($30 Billion flash market), I have difficulties looking much beyond three years. In ten years, some form of optical flash might be the king, or who knows, maybe ambient superconductors will be on the scene. Some people are even dreaming of memories based on biological polymers. Who knows what will be around in 10 years. Zeev
