Kelly,

I love Mountain Dew and live in England and fortunately it was introduced in the UK a few years ago. What I don't understand is why the infamous can design was changed for what can only be described as 'crap'. It looks like someone hand wrote mountain dew with a magic marker.

When I think that some marketing person(s) or agency was paid big bucks to design it I get really burned. I could have designed a better can myself and saved potential dividend cash.

I've seen Mountain Dew in South Africa. Same US style packaging there that I have always loved. But in the UK, Pepsi made a real strange move.

I bet YOU wouldn't even recognize the can if you saw it yourself.

If not you, then who at Pepsi can elaborate? I'm sure this botch job is hurting sales in the UK.

Douglas
