One small criticism emerging from some Republican quarters is that he's not doing enough to help insure Republican control of Congress.

Obviously, his first priority is to get himself elected, but his effectiveness as President would be severely compromised with a Democrat Senate. It would have been nice if he'd given the Republican Congress some credit for the robust economy in his acceptance speech.
