I simply find broad generalities to be a problem. There have been massive changes in numbers of producers, hedge position of many producers, an improvement in ratio of demand to supply from producers, and (if we believe published news)a reduction in supply from non-mine sources. The fact prices are flat to lower with the other factors improved, shows the market is far from open & free.
