I didn't see the online registration form - just a Word or Acrobat file that you can print-out, fill-in, and either FAX or mail (postal).

Ah, found it! The online registration is WELL HIDDEN IN PLAIN SIGHT!

It is confusing, becuase they say "click here" for the acrobat and Word downloads, but just have links that don't really look like links for the online forms. There is a separate link for each registration option, and they look like they are just the headings for the options.
