HI CAP We live in RI....seems very expensive ....lots of property taxes that just go up and up....looking to relocate when we retire ....warmer climate and all that.....for me its 3 years....just looked at the Cruiser line (online)...nice......right now I am playing the Financial Sector through Fidelity Select Funds....do you know them???....www.fidelity.com/gen/prices/select.html
