Does anyone think that VIAD is a good buy at these levels? I like the Q2 40% sequential revenue growth over previous quarter, and the fact it again accelerated. The question I have is if VIAD can maintain this sequential growth going forward and at what cost.

"Revenue for the second quarter of 2000 increased to $7.4 million compared to $2.1 million a year ago and $5.3 million last quarter. The revenue represents a 261 percent increase from a year ago, and a 40 percent sequential increase over the March quarter, compared to a 27 percent sequential increase in the March quarter over the December quarter. Revenue growth was driven by the addition of a record 54 new customers and resellers. "

Interesting that SQSW also reported earnings this week with lesser revenues than VIAD and lesser sequential growth, but SQSW finished the week up 3/4 while VIAD down 1 7/8. The analyst downgrade remains a mystery to me. The cash burn seems to be the concern, but in a previous post Carl quoted the CEO from an interview that there was no problem raising cash if this turns out to be necessary in the future. Any thoughts or opinions? I like the potential of VIAD.
