To ALL: Here is an excellent post which I agree with almost entirely. I rarely go to the Yahoo thread - too much noise - but scanned it today to get an idea of investor sentiment messages.yahoo.com
Here are the 3 points which I think are worth noting 1) I replied to Bob Grutza in message #4016 where I thought KLIC stock was heading. This post uses hard numbers and time frames, which I roughly agree with.
2) SK's comments are some of the most reckless and unprofessional comments I've seen in my 15 years of investing. If we are nearing a top, I think a shareholder lawsuit is upcoming.
3) This poster has the right attitude. He assumes full responsibility for his loss.
Many investors, including most here on this thread, have the attitude, "I am right. The market is wrong."
Furthermore, "All data and opinions that agree with me are correct. All data and opinions that disagree with me are wrong."
The market is not always rational, not always predictable, not always kind. But it is ALWAYS right. It is the final judge, the final arbiter, the final opinion. If you are on the wrong side of the market, YOU made the mistake, not the market. YOU must get in sync with the market, not the other way around. |
