If Microsoft includes a DVD-ROM drive instead of the standard CD-DRIVE, DVD will be slam dunk. Further, if Microsoft makes the X-BOX with a socketed Pentium III, the machine should be easily upgradeable to >1.3 GHz Pentium IIIs which should appearing sometime later next year based on 0.13 micron technology. The "hobbyists" will love it ! Paul
