I would think so. Conrail is still an organized entity, and so they are still liable. Perhaps Sal will address that issue in his address, which will come toward the end of the month. Interesting part about the application for re-classification of the yards in Brooklyn and Greenville as intermodal terminals. Would this bring in more loads from CSX, NSC, and CP?
