Run baby run. What has changed? Trying to get caught up on reading and snooping around after having been gone so much lately. I tell ya Porch friends, I don't see anything that worries me necessarily. I still believe the Naz will recover strong by year end. PPI next week and CPI week after, Fed meeting around the corner. May be a few bumps in the road but 6 months out I just don't see the doom and gloom some are spreading. What has changed? August should be a month we all look for deals that position us for the future. I still believe the quality techs is the place to be and wouldn't it be wonderful to have another last quarter run like last year. It would not surprise me at all if that were to happen. So, I'd suggest you pick up a little here and there along the way. Be selective. Have patience. Green light, go. Bring it on. Boom-i! RR
