Great SHPS....From Raging Bull

¶ AccessTel/SHPS has now reached GROUND ZERO,...
for all intent and purposes @ $2.00... A NEW Publicly traded Corporation has JUST been BORN with a little over 20 Millions shares outstanding and some 4.3 Millions shares in the FLOAT... Not too shabby, given the circumstances... Where do we go from here and what are the SALIENT events that will likely add to the share price...
1) The Float is small and held in vast majority by a few strong hands who have agreed to wait for the $10/12.00 level before trickling shares out to cover their initial cost... Then the idea is to ride it wherever it may go, as the News unfold....
2) A change of name and Cusip number is imminent, meaning that most shorts, if any, will have to cover their positions...
3) NEWS: Alliances... AccessTel has attracted a lot of interest among certain large Companies in the Wireless field, such as QualcommTel and as a result of Dr W. Lee's (COO of $275 Billions Airtouch Vodaphone) shareholding, since he is one of the founders... It would seem reasonable to expect that some of these powerful Companies without an existing presence in China, could decide to take equity positions in AccessTel...
4) NEWS: Financing... AccessTel is operating in Telecommunications, VoIP, Wireless, 3G roaming technology and Utility Meters Reading, all fields that are currently RED HOT with the investment Community because they're profitable... I anticipate that larger Companies in these fields will want to invest in the niches sought by AccessTel...
5) NEWS: Key People... AccessTel is likely to want to surround itself with key people, be it as Auditors, Attorneys or Board members, so I expect some bullish News in that regard...
6) Dr W. Lee is one of the king pins of this enterprise... I understand that, as the acknowledged "Father" of modern Wireless, he has done major favors to some large Corporations, like introducing Qualcomm in Korea or currently helping Taiwan to set its parameters for Wireless Communications... When these Companies learn of Dr Lee's involvement, as a founder and shareholder in AccessTel, I expect that a lot of business will be forthcoming, as a direct result of these past relationships...
7) Conclusion: I am bullish on AccessTel's prospects and expect a potential run to the $20.00 to $25.00 levels before year end... SEVU, another one of my favorites run from 65 cents to $28.50 in about 2 months, so I don't think my expectations are too far fetched...
