MMDI r/m with HomeZipR.com homezippr.com On July 31, 2000, in connection with the reverse acquisition of MRI by HomeZipR.com Corp., a Delaware corporation (see "Change in Control," below, for further information), our board of directors approved a proposal to change our corporate name from MRI Medical Diagnostics, Inc. to "HomeZipR Corp.," subject to the approval of the shareholders.
