George - A month or two back I posted a fairly detailed (but speculative) timetable for filing an S-1 with the SEC, how long their review might take, etc. I don't quite have it in me right now to look for that post or redo it, but I don't think anything has changed since then. The bottom line, IMO, is that they could "theoretically" (and market conditions permitting) have an IPO in early December or any time after New Year's. Since there are now more than 500 Stayhealthy shareholders, the company must begin filing with the SEC as a public company anyway by next April, so IMO an IPO will certainly occur by then as a worst-case scenario (i.e., why not do one if you have to file anyway). -Eric
