chisy - even though things were a little dissapointing the last few days - this WAVC has a great future with enormous potential - i'm even more committed now - they are laying a foundation and doing things right and thats because of our management - had some land that sold and should close in next week or 2 and if price is still in this area i plan on loading up on more WAVC - a year or 2 from now i will be very glad i did !! have a good weekend !! bob
