LOL; you still don't get it. Look, Wayne, I can't make this much easier, even though I'm quite sure you'll require such. Work through this slowly:

If I say that the definition of the word "accelerate" is "to speed up or bring about more quickly," I'd be right.

But that doesn't make a subsequent assertion that a car going from 60 to 50 to 40 to 30 miles per hour is accelerating any more correct - does it?

If I insist that a car slowing down is accelerating, one of two things is going on: either I don't know what the word means, or I don't know what's going on with the car.


Again, Wayne: insider trading among dealers, institutions, etc., is far from rampant. It's not getting worse quickly, and certainly not in any way that could be described as uncontrollable.
