APPOLOGIES TO AUSDAUER AND TO THE BOARD
It is my estimation that Ausdauer is one of the best sleuthing and most articulate 'average joe' investors one will ever come across. In fact, his capabilities are so good that they seem at times simply beyond normal.
In light of my own questions of whether SSTI has potentially abridged some IP previously invented by Dr. Boaz Eitan, I was particularly impressed with the way Ausdauer cross-examined both 'Eric Ziegler' and 'hueyone' in such a direct and pointed fashion, as if he might be fishing for information that could be used in a SanDisk sanctioned investigation. This reasoning, coupled with my curiosity at times as to how Ausdauer can post so frequently throughout the day while apparently holding down a profession apart from the stock market, heightened my suspicions about his culpability with regard to impartial means to source information. (With regard to this latter point about frequent postings, I admit that it is none of my business, and can be explained by any number of means, not the least of which being that Ausdauer may be semi-retired.) Unfortunately, my suspicions came to a head today when someone repetitively emailed today, providing an apparent copy of an email from Ausdauer in which he seems to admit that he was under a confidentiality agreement.
Like clockwork every few months for the past 2 years I have gotten private mail messages from SI members or have received requests via posts on the SNDK board that asks me to clarify my position. ... I have even kidded with people about it. Taken out of context this kidding could be easily misinterpreted.
After further investigation, I now believe that this is what happened with regard to the copy of the email sent me. (I reserve judgement on the actual intentions of the individual sending me those emails.) I wish to pursue this matter no further here, and I apologize for the distraction for which I was caught-up in today. Please forgive me Ausdauer.
