Well, that is going to far, and is unduly inflammatory. Whether or not there is a disparate impact, it is not unreasonable to want to keep a certain standard of housing in the community. If there were an emergency, because minorities could not find housing in the metro area, or because minorities who could afford to move there were being excluded,under fair housing laws there might be an issue to adjudicate. Otherwise, it is really not their business, and lends credence to the idea that the federal government rides roughshod over municipalities.
