What a pump & dump, IMO. Do you think the company's lawyer, Alan Berkun, who just filed to sell 8.33 million shares (almost a quarter of the total outstanding), might know something you don't?

Let's not forget that the $500K in stock paid for TT is really just like a floorless convertible - the number of shares adjusts based on the stock price when the shares get freed up for trading. So those 3.3 million shares they paid for the marketing rights could end up being 33.3 million, or 333.3 million, or whatever.

And the CEO says they're gonna earn 21 cents a share? ROFLMAO! These guys aren't gonna make 21 cents total, and I'll be amazed if they don't issue all 100 million shares they just authorized, probably within the next coupla months. And some suckers will probably buy them.

The only thing this company seems to have successfully sold so far is stock. Actually, not even that, they seem to have actually given most of it away. I've never seen so many S-8's for consulting and legal agreements to pay the hired help in stock.

What am I missing?
