I hope SPs and G*/LOR are working together to solve problems too. Bernie said in a recent conference call that at a regularly held SP meeting that several good ideas had been discussed and that there is much optimism amoungst SPs, etc. etc. That makes me believe that there is coordination and interest. However, I don't see much evidence of this in the market place. Yes there has been some radio ads, and some race sponsorships, but I'm not sure that these efforts will educate the thousands of potential G* users spread over many industries, many cities, and many disciplines. That's why I've been SCREAMING for joint nationwide advertising with Verizon Wireless. It's cheap, effective, and very large scale. The kind of exposure G* needs to start generating interest. If they don't feel comfortable sharing TV ads, at least put a G* brochure in every Verizon bill. This is a no brainer; hello, hello, anyone out there.
