When the Palm shares still weren't in my account on August 3, i sent them and email. My shares showed up on the 4th or 5th and they responded with an email to let me know. I was disappointed that i had to email them to get some action, but they have always been responsive to my email/phone calls. I hope you gave them HELL for the margin call, YW and IBM deals. Sometimes you have to demand good customer service to get it, even with a well reputed company like DLJ Direct. Take it easy, Dorine. Ian
