Armin - It's a support to MADGF that options sold were valued at $400M for Madge.web and your new findings of IPO for $850M has similar business to Madge.web. How do majority of investors view MADGF? I suspect as follows. a) Madge.web eats money in the near term; within 2 years b) Madge.connect generates less cash since last qtr c) Red-M needs more time to generate revenues Based on the above situation of MADGF investors don't want to jump in for risk, and no big companies want to buy MADGF as a whole; some may be interested in Madge.web. High valuation of Madge.web does not reflect valuation of MADGF. Patience might bring you and me good fortune as long as MADGF can make ends meet.
