I tried to get away from Pugs. I really, really did. I went so far as to quit reading the AZNT board. But it's impossible. What should I see this weekend in the Chicago Reader but a profile of local radio personality Jay Marvin - and somehow, Pugs gets mentioned as a friend of Marvin's - talking about how they are both tortured artists. Unfortunately, even though it's a free weekly, they don't have the article on their website. But I did find a nice link to PugsArt™, not sure if this has been mentioned before: onthecanvas.com With the immortal quote from our favorite $1 million judgment loser... Is there anything more degrading than being an artist in America ? The experience is too humiliating for most to endure . How many artists have been lost in the storm? Of those who do endure, how many walk like zombies through a minefield ? I can think of one.
