The Utilities indicator is more of an interim term tool... It hints at stable to lower rates... We have just a few more economic numbers before the FED meeting... If the utilities keep rising in the face of uncertainty about the FED decision, it will tell me that the market will dictate the FED's next decision... And that decision would be to stand pat... The degree of bearishness in the SOX sector is reminiscent of the market psychology near a bottom... The next few weeks will tell...
