An interesting situation here - your profile says nothing about you being an insider at Agilent, so claiming insider information leaves you open to charges of fraud.

OTOH, if you are an insider and you are revealing inside information about the current quarter at A, the SEC will want your ass in a sling.

Try hard and maybe you can find a third way to put yourself in jeopardy that didn't occur to me.
