Trev You are a well informed articulate mainstay on this thread. If you are not already employed by winspear, you probably should be. The market is not giving much if any premium to the DB. bid. If your valuations are correct it would appear that vast numbers of investors are missing the boat. That doesn't usually happen. My bet is that DB wins out, likely for $4.25
