Gary, The 20/1 reverse split expired June 30,2000 I talked with Chris and he said the only reason it was ever put in their was the possibility of de-listing. Small Cap had to have a price of $1.00 or more and at the time it was a major concern. As far as the options I pitched a big bitch but these shares are already in the total shares outstanding. I was very pissed about these options but don't feel we see anything like this again. They seemed to have all the stock they need and at this point 'now' feel it is relevent to get the price up. I believe it was less than 50K offered so far in options this year and I think it was to retain a couple of new employees. I complained all the way to the CEO about the 809,000 shares at .75 while doing a company buyback with a much higher price. IMO, things will start looking up very soon. Have you ever contacted management Gary? If so, what was your opinion? They did the first C.C. that IMO was very good last week...later...Steven
