Steve Please note that no where did I find an expiration but at least you know why there is not interest in the stock.

From the filing it appears to the public and even to me that the company and employees are making a killing on the stock incentives and options and once that is all in the market they can just do a 20:1 reverse split.

Now if I am missing something then please let me know but I do not like the way this looks ...

But now you know why I do not own it and track it only.

If there is an expiration I would expect to see that in the next filing. However, at anytime they could do one ... Now if it was on a merger condition then that would be different and the potential merger would have to be considered at the value thereof.

But then again it could be a lousy merger.

You do realize you asked my opinion. I am not bashing the stock just point out red flags.
