Yes I do know what Texas is doing about the inspection of eating places. As for your first comment, health inspectors are not trained in the myriad of substances used in the cosmetology business. It's more complicated than looking for roaches, and mouse droppings.
The health inspectors for eating establishments are the responsibility of the local city, or county, government. The quality of the inspections, depends on the caliber of people hired, their training, and their honesty. The inspection process in Houston is quite vigorous and violators are fined, and their names are published for all citizens to see, and decide whether to dine there in the future. No governmental body can protect individuals from the "cradle to the grave" as the socialistic democrats are attempting to do. Individuals, if they have an ounce of sense, will take care of most of their own protection, with or without the aid of the state. ~H~ |
