The proceeds will be used for personal reasons such as paying for his home. Call him if you have any questions. FACT: It is now material information that LDII signed a "letter of intent" with a forture 500 company this week. It has NOT been announced yet formally. You can contact the analyst at Unterberg Harris if you have any questions on that. That news came out today. The stock lost over $10,000,000 in market cap value today and the fundamentals keep on improving. Fact: This stock is a steal at these levels.
