Dear Gus: If you are referring to my stint on the jury last week, after the State completed their case and rested the Judge threw out the case for lack of evidence. We, the Jury, could have said that as soon as the FIRST State witness was done. He was the ONLY eye witness and said the state had the wrong man!! Isnt that funny? Could have saved some money and aggravation for us Jurists had he done that right then and there. The states prosecuting attorney was a young woman and I think he was just letting her get some experience. As to easily impressed, well, that information may be in the Public Domain but I dont see anyone else rounding it up and presenting it with the flair for detail as you do. Not that I am not impressed by Bill F. he's another good one but I know where he lives so I know he's not with EMC. JDN
