Good post, bernie...I have a feeling personalisation will be a big hit when companies realise that is one way of cutting drastically marketing costs and at the same time retaining loyal customers...it is like "Mr. Jeeves" at your call. NETP's leadership will become more & more undisputable as results from their customers like Williams Sonoma start rolling in... But I have a strong feeling that before the price shoots up, NETP will be taken over unless they do a "poison pill".. Institutions & SPO guys who bought in at $45.00 would vote for take over as that would quickly realise their returns... My 2 cents.. Raj
