Well, I am just very surprised to see this stock drop below $30. I guess this question of dilution is very strong and the market isn't waiting to see why. Perhaps AMAT will fuel some renewed interest in the sector, but then ESIO does not move in lock step with the semi equipment group.

Would like to know what they want these shares for.
