I am not a patent atty BUT, my old buddy, whose knowledgeable opinion made me a "believer" told me that the way to "KO" this patent is with prior art. No one having been able to show it, means to me that "it aint there".

When something does not exist and is conceived, created, patented ... that's what it is "all about"! When it is a great product, etc., it means big buck$. When I breakthrough drug is made patented, FDA approved and it costs a person $10K a year to use it, people might not want to pay, so they have choice. Not much of a choice ...

Here it was created and they came!

Its like someone built a bridge, everyone wants to use it without paying the owner for the privilege. Not very nice of them, is it!
