You really full of creativity<GG>. Looks like it is a really good match. SUMX has solid balance sheet and management what they need is some spicy stuff. SWTX indeed fit it very well. You should call the company ...may be you can make a good commission<GG>. Or, SWTX should make an offer to you to fix their problems.
