I have asked the SEC to look into the trading activity here. I think there is some serious monkey business going on possibly with the preferred shareholders wanting to convert at ridiculous prices w/ MMs in cahouts with the preferred? Or possibly with the folks wanting to buy part of the business which may be linked to the stock price? In any case, it's been interesting to watch them walk the price down. The SEC really needs to take a look here. It shouldn't be hard to sort out the facts. I would recommend that everyone write a letter to the SEC.
